In 2022, while engaging with educational institutions, students, educators, and industry ecosystems, a recurring pattern became increasingly visible.
Institutions were filled with talented students. Dedicated faculty. Visionary leadership.
Yet many continued to face similar challenges.
The problem was never a lack of potential.
